Q: My premium membership was still valid when ImageStation closed the store on November 13, 2007. Can I get a refund?

A: If the expiration date of your Silver, Gold or Platinum membership is November 13, 2007 or later you are eligible to receive a refund for the full purchase value of your membership. To apply for your refund please go to http://rebate-zone.com/imagestation/

Enter your ImageStation member name, your first and last names, mailing address, email address used for your ImageStation account and, if you like, an alternative email address for communications concerning this offer. Click "Accept."
You will receive the price you paid for the membership via check mailed to you. Please note that any unused coupons received with your membership purchase will no longer be valid and are not eligible for redemption. You should print the rebate confirmation page if desired for your records. Please allow six to eight weeks to receive your check.
Multiple memberships? If you have more than one valid premium membership you are entitled to apply for a refund for each one. However in order to receive multiple refunds you must go through the above process separately for each valid membership.

Q: I have unused coupons in my ImageStation account. Can I redeem them?

A: If your ImageStation account contains unused product coupons you may exchange them for online 4x6 prints at www.shutterfly.com/sony. Your ImageStation coupons must have an expiration date of November 13, 2007 or later. Your ImageStation coupons may be redeemed for 110 online 4x6 prints at ShutterFly.com regardless of the product and face value of the ImageStation coupon. You will need the redemption code issued to you when you registered the camera. This is contained in the registration confirmation email. For the CD version of the guide book and the Print Pack the redemption code is printed on the back of a 4x6 sample print inside the CD case. Acceptable codes will begin with one of the following:
